About Us
The EXPERT-CABLE factory is located in the Russian town Orel and occupies an area of more than 25,000 sq.m. The company is engaged in the development and production of cable and wire products, both traditional and unique brands for all industries. Today, the EXPERT-CABLE factory is a modern, multifunctional full-cycle enterprise, which produces high quality products using modern technologies, materials and equipment. The factory is staffed with workers with many years of experience.
A copper processing project was implemented in 2016. The company launched a continuous up-casting process called Upcast®. In addition, the company began mass production of rolled copper wiring with a diameter of 8 mm to 25 mm. During the same period, the EXPERT-CABLE launched a line for long rolling stock processed with continuous extrusion method, Conform 500. Thus, the company implemented the copper profile production process in various formats. The company also launched mass production of copper bus bars in accordance with GOST 434-78 standard. Drawing-based profile ranges from 200 mm to 3800 mm with maximum width of 240 mm.
